SHIPPING: Normally, we'll ship by First Class or Priority Mail through the USPS. Please use a street address for shipping. We try to ship as soon as we receive the order if items are in stock. Please allow 2 weeks on custom orders (Bracelets, Silver, Copper, Brass).

Shipping for international orders will be figured accordingly. We will e-mail you with the shipping total for your verification.

Return/Refund Policy
You may return your purchase for a full value refund if it meets any of the following criteria:
We sent you the wrong product.
The product you received is physically defective.
The product is substantially different from what was advertised.
To receive a full exchange of your purchase price, this product must be returned no later than 14 days after you receive it.
If you return the product after the 14 days return period, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and no returns will be accepted after 60 days.
